CrossFlowV: Handstand Week Three. 40 minutes. The final installment of our three week handstand series! This video focuses on hamstring Flexibility and working towards a free-standing handstand.

Without hamstring flexibility, it is difficult to plant your palms on the ground to set up for a handstand in the first place. Also, when you increase your hamstring flexibility, it also makes pressing up (rather than jumping) into a handstand more attainable.
